Terms of Service

By accessing or using IntuneBrew ("the Service"), operated by Ugur Koc ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IntuneBrew. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

What IntuneBrew Does

IntuneBrew is a web-based platform that simplifies macOS application deployment to Microsoft Intune. The Service provides:

• A catalog of pre-packaged macOS applications ready for Intune deployment
• Automated application packaging and version management
• Direct upload functionality to your Microsoft Intune tenant
• Application update notifications and monitoring
• Dashboard for tracking deployed applications

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or modify the Service at any time.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance windows.

Microsoft Entra ID Authentication

To use IntuneBrew, you must authenticate using a valid Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) account. By signing in, you:

• Grant us permission to access your Microsoft identity information (name, email, user ID)
• Authorize the Service to interact with Microsoft Intune on your behalf using delegated permissions
• Confirm that you have the necessary permissions within your organization to deploy applications to Intune

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Microsoft account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with your organization's policies
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

Required Permissions

The Service requires the following Microsoft Graph API permissions to function:

• DeviceManagementApps.ReadWrite.All - To read and deploy applications to Intune
• Group.Read.All - To read group information for app assignments

You must have appropriate administrator privileges in your Microsoft 365 tenant to grant these permissions.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to deploy malicious software or applications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limiting or security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our express permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ugur Koc and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The IntuneBrew name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks.

The IntuneBrew CLI tool and related components are open source and licensed under the MIT License. The source code is available at github.com/ugurkocde/IntuneBrew.

Third-Party Applications

The applications available through the Service catalog are the intellectual property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party applications. Your use of third-party applications is subject to the respective license terms of those applications.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, including feedback and suggestions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

Integration with Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Microsoft Entra ID - For authentication and identity management
• Microsoft Intune - For application deployment and management
• Microsoft Graph API - For accessing Microsoft 365 services
• Supabase - For data storage and backend services
• Vercel - For website hosting and deployment
• Azure Storage - For temporary file storage during uploads

Third-Party Terms

Your use of the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions from these third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Service is done at your own discretion and risk.

Since the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IntuneBrew and its operator from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party
• Applications you deploy through the Service that cause harm to end users or systems

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account data, please contact us at support@ugurlabs.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete or archive your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed with legal action.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
